Shipping Details: All wholesale orders are shipped UPS ground. Shipping charges are determined by weight. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Currently Swizzlestix ships orders within the United States and Canada only.

Order Cancellations: All sales are final. Any cancellation made after the order is placed will incur a 10% cancellation charge and any shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise Return Policy: Only defective products can be returned. It is crucial that you inspect your order at the time of delivery to make sure the order is correct and is delivered in good condition. You must contact Swizzlestix by phone within 5 calendar days of receipt to indicate any order discrepancies. If you do not contact Swizzlestix within 5 calendar days of receipt, then you agree with Swizzlestix that the order is correct and that all the merchandise is in sellable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Swizzlestix is not responsible for returned merchandise shipping costs. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Returned merchandise must be in the original cellophane packaging. Defective merchandise will be replaced with the identical item only. Merchandise held for more than 30 days is non-returnable.
